- Festive roast turkey breast with pork & sage stuffing, chipolata sausage, cranberry sauce and pan gravy
- Slow cooked beef with caramelised onion, white onion purée and a red wine reduction
- Baked salmon fillet with bubble & squeak and a tarragon cream sauce
