• Advance booking required. Tickets must be booked by Tue 12 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Drinks reception from 6.30pm and dinner served in the Donald J Trump Ballroom at 7.30pm; times are subject to change.
• Please note a valid credit card and itison ticket number will be required when booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12 noon.
• Deluxe ocean view rooms. Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes drinks reception and 3 course dinner from a set menu which is subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available; please advise at time of booking.
• Max of 10 vouchers per table.
• Members may be seated with other guests; please state at time of booking should you wish to be seated together.
• Dress code: smart casual.
• Max 1 child permitted. Under 3s go free, ages 4-12 years require a supplement of £40 inc all meals from the kids menu - please discuss with hotel at time of booking.
• Max 1 pet permitted; please discuss with hotel at time of booking.
• Free parking available.

Ticket must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
