- Santa's little helpers, Dasher, Dancer, Donner & Vixen, have flown all the way from the North Pole to bring a little magic to Crieff Hydro's 900 acre estate
- Resident reindeer experts will be on hand to give you lots of fun facts and information - you'll know more than Old Saint Nick before the days out
- Get up close and personal with these incredible animals as you enjoy a supervised walk around their enclosure
- Their pen is specially designed to keep the reindeer safe and happy with free access to their own food, water and hay plus shelter from the weather

Small print
- Voucher acts as ticket. Advance booking is not required.
- Duration: approx. 20mins with designated "selfie time" after the talk.
- Multiple purchases permitted.
- All guests (inc parents) require a voucher. Suitable for all ages. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Under 2's are FOC.
- Please arrive 15mins before your time slot to receive your entry wristband. Please note latecomers may not get the full session.
- Reindeers are on a special diet so please do not feed or touch them.
- Dress code: weather appropriate clothes. Goggles and foot coverings will be provided.
- Standing event.
- No prams or buggies permitted - children must be carried.
- No wheelchair access available.
- Reindeer partner travels under full License from Animal Health and DEFRA and holds an Animal Exhibition License from the Local Authority and the venue is inspected to gain their License.
- You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

This is our third time going to Crieff Hydro for the Santa’s Grotto. The elves show has gone down hill a little. The girls didn’t sing or entertain the kids as much as the first two times. And there was no elf cam either. The ballroom is always beautifully decorated. Staff are well organised for times. One of the Santa presents was not that good either my boy age 6 got a football table game that hardly worked. I would have rather be given a book for the money. My 11 week old baby got a lovely jigsaw puzzle though which was nice. Photographs are always good, can’t wait to download it when it comes.
