- This year, El Perro Negro were invited to take part in the prestigious BBQ festival Meatopia at the Tobacco Docks in London, alongside renowned household names like the Hawksmoor
- They launched as a pop-up in 2014 before taking up permanent residence in Finnieston in 2018
- The aim to make premium ingredients more accessible, and are introducing more local organic suppliers
