- Overnight option:
- Advance booking required at least 7 days before the event date.
- Includes an overnight stay with breakfast the next morning. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. Check-in: 3pm. Courtyard double room available. Stay can be extended for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

- Duration: approx. 5hrs 30mins.
- Bar opens at 6:30pm. Banquet begins at 7:20pm. Disco begins at approx. 10:30pm. Bar closes at 11:30pm.

- Suitable for ages 16+
- Dress code: Smart casual; fancy dress is encouraged.
- Includes a 5 course meal each from a set menu. Menu is subject to change.
- Vegan, vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at least 3 weeks before the event date.
- Includes a glass of red wine and glass of mead each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
- No wheelchair access available.
