- Just a short 30 minute drive or 25 minute train journey from the centre of Glasgow
- Packed with items relating to Livingstone’s explorations in Africa. These include journals, letters and navigational equipment, as well as dioramas of significant events in his travels
- Fascinating insight into the living and working conditions of 19th-century Scotland

- Family tickets can be used for 1 adult and 3 children or 2 adults and 2 children
- Opening hours: Museum: 11.00 – 17.00 Last entry: 16.00; Café: 11.00 – 16.00
- Price includes entry to the centre only
- If you would like to join either the Family 'Horrible Histories Style Tour' at 11am or the Farewell Tour at 2pm on either Sat 26th or Sun 27th Sept please pre book; for tours visitors should allow 2 hours; please see booking instructions for more info
- £10 donation is suggested but not obligatory for taking part in the tours
