Half day afternoon yoga experience includes brunch, yin yoga deep stretching session, afternoon tea and a talk from a nutritionist. Duration approx. 5 hrs.
Full day yoga experience includes a light breakfast, vinyasa flow yoga session, brunch, a talk from a nutritionist, yin yoga deep stretching session and afternoon tea. Duration approx. 9 hrs.
Full day yoga and spa experience includes a light breakfast, vinyasa flow yoga session, brunch, a talk from a nutritionist, yin yoga deep stretching session, afternoon tea and access to the spa. Duration approx. 10.5 hrs.
Suitable for ages 18+.
Please wear comfortable clothing for yoga and bring a change of clothes. Yoga mats and towels are supplied.
Sessions not suitable during pregnancy.
