Small print

• Day visitor tickets are date specific: Sat 30th, Sun 1st May or Mon 2nd May; start time 10am end time 6.30pm.
• Bring Your Own Console tickets can be used from Fri 29th April until Mon 2nd May inclusive: 24 hours a day. 
• Advanced booking required for both ticket options
• Day visitor ticket holders must book by 29th April at 9am or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Bring Your Own Console ticket holders must book by 28th April at 9am or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Once you have booked online you will be sent an e-ticket for the event. 
• Check in times for Bring Your Own Console ticket holders are: Fri 29th April 9am – 9pm OR Sat 30th April at EICC 9am – 12 noon. Please note that you may forfeit your ticket if you arrive out-with these times to check in. 
• Bring Your Own Console tickets are valid for those aged 18+ only, unless you have a consent form which can be downloaded and completed here. 
• Bring Your Own Console ticket holders must bring your own computer to take part, the ticket gives you access to the whole BYOC area plus a place for you to set up your computer.
• Bring Your Own Console ticket holders will get a seat in the LAN halls to plug your gaming device into, plus access to evening activities and the expo halls.

Multiple purchases permitted.

• Duration: up to 7.5 hrs approx for Day visitors and up to 24 hrs for BYOC ticket holders. 
• Wheelchair accessible.

Please bring a copy of your e-ticket; e-ticket can be printed or presented on smart phones or tablets. 

Voucher is non-refundable unless event is cancelled

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
