Motherhood Retreat Day
- Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating journey of self-discovery hosted by a seasoned life coach and mother of three, Jenny
- These retreats are designed to nourish your mind, body and spirit and provide a space for authentic connection
- Be welcomed into a community of like-minded mothers and embrace the fullness of motherhood
- Explore practices such as somatic movement, yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling, drawing and a cold water dip
- Plus a nourishing lunch is included!
Mellow Mummas
- Beginning as a single yoga class, Mellow Mummas has grown into a community initiative combining yoga, mindfulness, coaching and events
- Their aim is to offer compassionate support for mums-to-be and new parents, reducing stress and promoting connection
- The Motherhood Retreat Day is held just 10 mins drive or 30 mins walk from Ayr train station, a stone's throw from Ayr beach for a beautiful day out

- Advance email booking required at least 8 days prior to your chosen date.
- Multiple purchases permitted.
- Duration: approx. 6.5 hrs
- Suitable for ages 18+.
- Wheelchair access available.
- Open to anyone in a mothering role. Pregnant women welcome; please advise upon booking. Please note there is no birth/pregnancy specific content.
