Small print

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. Please book at least 1 week in advance of your chosen date (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10:30am. 
• Standard twin or double room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from set menu; subject to change, Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of fizz upon arrival at the drinks reception. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Ages 18+ only. No children permitted. 
• No pets permitted. 
• Drinks reception starts at 7pm. Dinner is at 7:30pm, followed by the entertainment.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
