- Family ticket is valid for 4 people (two adults and two children OR one adult and three children)
- Duration: 1 hour approx
- Prams and buggies will be kept at the exit for collection
- Sorry. not wheelchair accessible
- Please note: this is not a one on one meeting with Santa
