Duration approx. 25mins. Please arrive 30 minutes before your allocated time to ensure you are on the train at your time slot. Late arrivals will not be permitted / may not be able to move to another time slot. Running times may change.

Please note that this is not a one-on-one experience with Santa. Santa's Grotto one-on-one experience will be available on the day for a supplementary charge; payable directly.

Meeting point: please make your way to the train station in Battery Park upon arrival.

Individual tickets are valid for all ages.

Family tickets are valid for 2 adult and 2 kids or 1 adult and 3 kids.

Children are classed as age 10 or under. Under 1s are free of charge however prams and buggies are not permitted on the train.

The train ride is outdoors so please wear appropriate warm and waterproof clothing and footwear.

Restricted wheelchair access. The train ride is not accessible for wheelchairs unless they can be lifted out of the chair for the train ride.

Line-up is subject to change.

You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
