I can confirm a supplementary charge of £40 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: feature room - £75, feature suite - £150; payable directly to the hotel.

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 24-26 Dec 2021 and 1-2 Jan 2022.

Spa treatment options also exclude 4, 11 and 31 Dec 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Includes a bottle of house wine in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Includes leisure access.

Spa treatments: Includes a 30min spa treatment each choosing from a massage,  facial or manicure. Groups can book and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2per group; subject to availability. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.  Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa. Suitable for ages 8+ only.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
