I only received one voucher yet I ordered and paid for . What happens now

Thanks for getting in touch – I’m sorry you can't find one of your vouchers.

Not to worry - I’ve re-sent them to you by email, and they should be with you in a couple of minutes. If they don’t come through, I’d suggest checking your junk or spam folder in case they've been filtered there.

You can also view and print your vouchers by heading to itison.com/my/complete_orders/.

Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Jan 2021 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days, 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 8 - 31 Jan, 14 Feb and 14 Mar 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max 3 vouchers per table.

Options 1 & 2: Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change. Includes sandwiches, homemade scones with jam and cream with mini cakes.

Options 3 & 4: Club afternoon tea menu only; subject to change. Includes mini sliders, Cajun chicken wraps, mini pies, soup tasters and mini cakes.

Vegetarian options are available on request; please advise hotel directly when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Options 2 & 4: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
