I can confirm the Fri–Sat vouchers can only be used on a Friday or Saturday night, but we do have Sun-Thurs vouchers available too.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 May 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Voucher is non-changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: double river view room £15, executive room £30 and suite £80; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner is 3 courses from the table d'hote menu in the restaurant or £20 per person allowance towards dinner in MacNabs bar and bistro. 2 night option dinner is on one night only; please advise at the time of booking.

A supplementary charge is required per person for the following:  mixed Scottish seafood slate £2.95, Scottish highland cheese slate £3.50 and chargrilled 8oz Scottish sirloin steak £6.95; payable directly to restaurant. 

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Parking available nearby at a surcharge.

Children permitted; max 1 child per room (16 years and under) paying for all meals as taken. Family room upgrade required for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Limited wheelchair access; there is a lift to each floor however each floor does have steps, please request a room near lift for wheelchair access.

No pets permitted; guide and assistance dogs only. Please discuss at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
