Is it four adults for the option for four people

I can confirm Options 2 & 4 are valid for a family of 4, for these vouchers a family comprises of 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children.

Piccolo lunch: voucher can be used until Thursday 28th November 2019, Sunday to Thursday 1pm–4pm, subject to availability.
The Meikle Sunday lunch: voucher can be used until Sunday 24th November 2019, Sunday only 12:30pm–2:30pm, subject to availability.
