Hi, can you advise what age this is from? I was looking to book for 4 people (girlie day) My daughter who is 12 who love this…but I’m not sure the age restriction. Any information would be greatly appreciated:))

What to expect

  • Spa day for one or two inc 2 x 25 minute treatments, leisure access & lunch

Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Oct until Fri 23 Dec 2022, 7 days, 10am-6pm; subject to availability.

Please note there is a £20pp supplement for Sat & Sun bookings; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 25 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with the spa the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 5 per group; subject to availability.

Please arrive 15 mins prior to appointment time for consultation if you are visiting the spa for the first time.

Please arrive 10 mins prior to treatment. Latecomers may not be able to get full treatment.

Health consultation will be completed on arrival; please discuss any health concerns with spa directly.

Pregnant clients will need to be over 12 weeks and must call in advance to check availability for pregnancy massage.

Massage treatment is only suitable for cancer/remission patients if they have been in remission for minimum of 5 years.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.  Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 50mins. Includes 25min back, neck & shoulder massage and 25min Elemis taster facial.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes full access to the leisure facilities. Towels included.

Includes £10pp allowance toward the lunch menu on day of treatments; subject to change. Table required back after 1.5hrs. Maximum of 6 people per table. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking. Lunch is served between 11.45am and 4.45pm daily.

Wheelchair access available. Please note there are no disabled facilities available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
