While most of our getaway deals are for 2 people, many hotels are welcome to accept our vouchers for a sole traveller, although no further discount would be applicable.

It's always worth checking with the individual venue before buying a voucher, though, as some may be able to offer you a better deal directly for single occupancy.

You can combine multiple credits into a single credit by heading to https://www.itison.com/my/credits. Just keep in mind that your new combined credit will expire on the earliest expiry date of those which you're combining, so please make sure you have time to use it.

What exactly does "valid for 7 days" refer to? Is it that once I buy a voucher /vouchers I have just 7 days in which to make the booking with the hotel?

I have made a reservation through you guys for dunkeld house hotel stay at 99.00. However I have received a hotel confirmation e mail from the hotel but no receipt that itison has taken my full payment.
The hotel are now asking for a reference number and I dont have one.
I have also had to re sign up as it said my e mail address wasnt registered. Bit worrying that I have paid you money but seems p confirmation or receipts.

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sun 28 Feb 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 1 Jan 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required per room per night for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. Card details will be taken at time of booking however no payment will be taken.

Vouchers are non-changeable and non-refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple purchases permitted; max of 4 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Superior double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded and stay can be extended for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each on arrival.

Includes access to leisure facilities: heated indoor pool, gym sauna, steam room and whirlpool spa bath when open, subject to government guidelines.

Please note that in order to maintain appropriate social distancing access to some of our facilities may be restricted or limited to certain times.

Children under 16yrs are permitted into the swimming pool from 7.30am - 11.30am & 4pm - 7pm.

Dinner option includes a 2 courses from the Riverside Restaurant Menu; subject to change. Excludes sides. Supplements may apply. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Max 2 vouchers per table.

Free onsite parking available.

Max 1 child permitted, 0-4yrs are free of charge including breakfast and are included in overall headcount, 5-15yrs require a supplementary charge of £20 per night including breakfast and pay for all other meals as taken; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
