What to expect

Spa day for one or two with 2 x 30 minute treatments each, 2 course lunch, a glass of fizz and full use of leisure facilities

Choice of treatment:
- Ishga express facial
- Ishga express massage
- Ishga salt and oil scrub

Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Fri – Wed 10am – 6pm and Thur 10am – 8pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 - 17 Feb and 30, 31 Mar 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.

Back, neck and shoulder massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; facial and salt & oil scrub can be adapted; please discuss directly with spa.

Treatment can be adapted for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly with spa.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 25mins with 5 min consultation.

Treatments are not suitable for those with shellfish allergies.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes a 2 course lunch choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the spa menu; subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise spa at time of booking.

Includes access to leisure facilities: heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool spa bath.

Children under 16 yrs are only permitted in swimming pool from 7.30am - 11.30am and  4.00pm - 7.00pm.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
