Members will receive 20% off any drinks purchased during their stay.

Max of 1 child permitted when sleeping on a rollaway bed or a cot. The age of child should be stated at the time of booking, along with a request for a bed/cot. For families with more than 1 child, a second room is required, charged at the normal rate. 0-5yrs stay free of charge on a B&B basis, ages 6-11yrs required a supplement of £8.50 per child and children up to 12yrs may order lunch/dinner and benefit from a 50% discount off the menu price when dining with at least 1 full paying adult. This only applies to children staying in the hotel. Children over 12yrs are classed as young adults and would pay the normal full price for meals as taken.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
