Why does Itison promote a hotel which can't cater for coeliac (gluten free) people, it's not difficult. Itison: either ask the hotel to bring itself into the 21st century or don't bother advertising for them.

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 12-13 Nov and 23 Dec 2021 - 4 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Option 1: max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night: please discuss and pay directly.

Dinner options: Includes starter/main or main/dessert from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options available. Please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. Max of 3 vouchers per table. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only. Please note, dinner will be served in the Ben Nevis restaurant across the road from the hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available. Please discuss at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
