I'm happy to confirm vouchers are valid until Thur 31 Dec 2020, and can be used 7 days a week, 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea for two with optional leisure access

Voucher is valid from Thur 5 Mar 2020 until Thur 31 Dec 2020, 7 days 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 25 - 26 Dec 2020.

Voucher must be booked by Thur 10 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 4 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea only. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Option 2: Includes access to the leisure facilities from 10am - 8pm; subject to availability. Under 16s are not permitted in the Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna or gymnasium. They are welcome to use the swimming pool room 6.30am - 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am-8.00pm Saturday and Sunday. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
