You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £20 - superior or £40 - master; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Includes a £30 per person allowance towards dinner; excludes alcohol. Option 3 dinner allowance is for the first night only. Allowance can be used in either the Lorimer's or The Bistro and menus can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Max of 1 child permitted; ages 4 - 11 are charged at £14.50 and ages 12 - 16 require a supplementary charge of £25 including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
