What to expect

Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Sun-Fri; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays, 24-25 & 30-31 Dec 2022 & 1 Jan 2023.

A supplementary charge of £26 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double OR king room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to deluxe rooms or suite for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 child permitted per room. Under 12s stay free of charge and a supplementary charge of £15 inc breakfast is required for 13-15 year olds; payable directly.

Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per room; payable directly.

Dinner options: includes a £20pp dinner allowance to spend on the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Dinner spend must be used in full; no change will be given.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
