I need to book for a certain dates what happens if I buy voucher and dates I need are not available ??

What to expect

Overnight stay for two in a Kingsclub room with an arrival drink each, welcome plate to share, breakfast and use of the leisure facilities 

Voucher is valid until Tues 30 April 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 2, 5, 8, 9, 16, 22, 23, 27, 30 Mar and 12, 13, 20, 24-29 Apr 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 15 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Card details are required at the time of booking.

Check-in 12 noon, check-out 1pm.

Double or twin Kingsclub room; subject to availability.  

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 

Includes a 125ml glass of red, white or rose wine each on arrival in the Whisky Bar plus a welcome dram.

Includes a full Scottish breakfast per person, plus a sweet treats welcome plate in room on arrival to share.

Includes a bathrobe and slippers each; subject to availability.

Includes access to leisure facilities including heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
