I can confirm a max of 2 children are permitted; children are classed as ages 3-15 yrs and require a supplementary charge of £10 per child. Under 3's can be accommodated in cots free of charge. Please contact the hotel directly to check availability and for details of adding children.

I can confirm voucher option 3 is £239 instead of £388 for a 3-night stay for two people. Multiple voucher purchases are permitted and double or twin standard rooms are available.

Hi, I am aware the deal with the spa included is sold out, is it possible to pay for access to the spa direct to the hotel? If so how much?

Also I wonder if the 6th & 7th of November is available prior to me purchasing this.

I am looking at Appleby Manor Hotel and Spa. It states evening Aqua Thermal journey. Does this mean you cannot use the Spa and pool during day?

  • 2 or 3 night stay for two with breakfast, a glass of Prosecco and optional 2 course dinner on the first night and Aqua Thermal Journey

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 20 - 27, 31 Dec 2020 - 1 Jan and 13 - 15 Feb 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays and stays on 3 Jan 2021; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Card details will be taken if you wish to charge extras to your room.

Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Dinner options: Include 2 course dinner on the first night only from the Bistro menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge of £5 is required for sirloin steak; payable directly to hotel. Max of 3 vouchers per table. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Members can upgrade to dinner in the 2 AA-rosette restaurant for a supplementary charge of £15 per person; please discuss and pay directly with hotel.

Thermal options: Includes evening Aqua Thermal Journey experience between 5pm - 7pm which includes Aroma Salt inhalation room, steam room, sauna, rain sky shower and hydrotherapy pool. Lockers, towels, robes and slippers are provided.  Spa access is for over 16s only; under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Parts of the Aqua Thermal Journey are not suitable for pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss with spa directly. For cancer sufferers/those in remission, please discuss with your doctor prior to attending.
