Hi is there anyway you can check the availability for the deal? I know the period between May and September will be busy. So would be concerned purchased the voucher then could not use it.

Why is this still on the site when it’s sold out. I would love to purchase this but it’s there then when you hit it’s sold out which seems unfair.

If it’s sold out surely it’s not available therefore taken off the site.

What to expect

  • 2 night stay for two in a sea-view room with £40 dinner spend each night and breakfast each morning OR
  • 3 night stay for two in a sea-view room with £40 dinner spend on two nights and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Sun 16 May 2021 until Mon 20 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 9-10 & 23-24 Jul 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Fri and Sat stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a double/twin sea-view lodge room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a £40 per couple dinner spend against the main menu; subject to change. 2 night stay: dinner is both nights. 3 night stay: dinner is on the first 2 nights only.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Children permitted; cots available for under 2's for no additional charge. Under 12's are an additional £15 including breakfast, and extra fold out bed in your room; please discuss direct.

Pets permitted; please discuss direct.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
