While our voucher which includes dinner doesn't include any treatments, you're more than welcome to book these with the hotel directly, subject to availability.

I can also confirm this voucher excludes all Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Hi I would Just like to know with this deal when we go to try and book a date !!! There’s none available. Every time and when I called the hotel they said it’s been running for 2 weeks. ? I didn get this E mail 2 weeks ago as I have been Tryin to book this hotel. !! So has this been advertised for 2 weeks ? Definitely let down by this again Amanda

    Choice of treatment:
    - Facial
    - Oriental scalp, neck & shoulder massage
    - Manicure
    - Pedicure

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, Mon - Thur only; subject to availability.

Excludes Fri - Sun, 13, 15 - 16, 23 Apr, 4, 7, 14, 21, 25 - 26 May, 3, 17 - 18 and 23 - 24 Jun 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Executive or classic double or twin rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: garden suite £30, lowes/creoch suite £50, cygnet suite £100; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 1: Includes a 2 course dinner; menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: scallops starter - £2, breast of duck £3, 8oz sirloin - £8.50, 8oz fillet - £10.50; payable directly to restaurant.

Option 2: Includes a 2 course spa lunch; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten/wheat free options available.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Option 2: Includes 1 hour access to the thermal spa experience and your choice of one 40 min treatment each choosing from: facial, oriental scalp neck & shoulder massage, manicure or pedicure. Over 16's only. Please advise spa of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment at time of booking. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Treatment can be upgraded to 55 mins for a supplementary charge of £15 per person; payable directly to the spa. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel at time of booking if an adapted room is required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
