Hi there, I bought this deal today as a Christmas gift as it states on the deal it is valid from the 6th of January 2020, however when I go onto my vouchers and view the details it states it must be used by the 23rd of December. I would not have bought this voucher if it wasn’t valid after Christmas, why is the deal and the actual voucher stating different dates?

I'm happy to confirm Option 1 is £19 for morning tea for two, and the recipient is welcome to pay for leisure facilities directly at the time of booking.

What is a morning tea? Is this the same as afternoon tea but at an earlier time?

Lodge on Loch Lomond has confirmed morning tea includes blueberry muffins, savoury scones, yoghurt and granola, a mini skillet of cooked breakfast and tea and coffee.

Hi there,

I booked afternoon tea with leisure access. However I cannot find this on the drop down boxes on the online booking form. Afternoon tea is.available on the drop downs but no leisure access. Does this mean that this not available at all for the periods specified or, can we book the afternoon tea and assume leisure access when we get there?...

Options 3 and 4 include access to the leisure facilities from 8am-8pm - you don't need to book this access in advance.

Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Option 1 and 3 (morning tea) voucher is valid 10.30am – 12noon; subject to availability.

Option 2 and 4 (afternoon tea) voucher is valid 12noon – 5pm; subject to availability.

Please note a supplementary charge of £5 per person is required on Saturdays and Sundays; payable directly to the restaurant.

Option 3 and 4 include access to leisure facilities 8am - 8pm. 16m heated swimming pool, laconium, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. Includes towels and lockers.

Excludes 14 Feb and 22 Mar 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Option 1 and 3: morning tea only.

Option 2 and 4: afternoon tea only. Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Each option includes a choice of organic tea: Earl Grey, ginger, green, berry, English breakfast, chamomile or mint or coffee.

Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
