Can an overnight stay be booked direct with the hotel to go with this?

What to expect

  • Spa day for one or two inc 2 x 25 minute treatments, fluffy robes & slippers and use of leisure facilities
  • Valid Mon - Thu OR Fri - Sun

Mon - Thu: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Oct 2022 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Mon - Thu 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sun.

Fri - Sun: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Fri - Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Thu.

Excludes 24 - 31 Dec 2022 and 10 - 12 Feb, 17-19 Mar 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Jan 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Maximum of 2 vouchers per booking. Guests may not receive treatments at the same time; times will be allocated as close together as possible; subject to availability.

Some of the treatments offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. Please inform spa if you have any of the following: epilepsy, allergies, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, scar tissue, varicose veins, skin conditions, diabetes, cancer, thyroid, pregnancy, recent operations. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Treatment duration: approx. 25mins per treatment.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
