I note there is a vegetarian option for the Cream tea, is there an option of having it Gluten Free at all?

What to expect

Spa day for one or two including 2 x 25 min treatments, use of leisure facilities, robe and slipper hire, cream tea and a glass of Prosecco

Choice of treatments:

- File and polish hands
- File and polish feet 
- Superfood pro radiance facial
- Freestyle deep tissue massage 
- Best foot forward 


Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Wed 30 Sept 2020; valid 7 days 10am - 6pm with spa open - 6.30am - 9.30pm and cream tea - 1pm - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan 2020.

A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; payable directly to spa at time of booking.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups can booked and receive treatment at the same time; max of 8 per group; subject to availability. Please discuss with spa when booking.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Includes 2 treatments each choosing from the following: file & polish hands or feet, superfood pro radiance facial, freestyle deep tissue massage or best foot forward. Each treatment takes approx. 25 mins.

Includes access to the leisure facilities for up to 4 hrs, robe and slippers.

Includes a cream tea each. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please discuss with spa at time of booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
