Is the hotel dog friendly

I'm happy to confirm a maximum of 2 small dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog, per night which is payable directly to hotel. Please note no cost for guide dogs.

Hi,
I’m looking to buy this and called the hotel to check available dates first.
However the reception have advised that Mac Donald don’t own this anymore and so she can’t book or check dates for me?
Can you let me know of this is still valid, if it is, how to book? And also who the hotel is now owned by?

The vouchers are valid to use until Wednesday the 31st of March 2021, and you'll be able to check availability and make a booking by phone immediately after buying your voucher.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021.

A supplementary charge of £50 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays in June and July.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.

Classic double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night and room upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 1: Includes Prosecco afternoon tea.

Option 2 & 3: Includes a 2 course dinner choosing from starter & main or main & dessert from the market menu; subject to change. 2 night stay includes dinner on the first evening only.

Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Vegetarian, dairy, gluten and wheat free options are available.

Max of 2 children permitted. Under 2's stay free. Family rooms required for children aged 2-12 and a supplement of £30 per room per night is payable to the hotel. Rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast is included, dinner is charged as taken. Ages 12+ are classed as adults.

Max of 2 small dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog, per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note no cost for guide dogs.

Wheelchair access available, Please discuss with the hotel at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
