Couple of questions please:

First, for this deal, will I be able to use it over and above the current Dine Out to Help Out offer?

Second and more generally, in previous years for my Birthday (02nd August), you sent me a special discout code but I didn't get one this year ...... have I been missed or is it due to C-19 cut backs please?

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm afraid our deals can't be used alongside any other offers, including the government's covid recovery scheme.

Unfortunately, there aren't any promotional codes available for your account at the moment, but we are still working really hard to bring great discounts on all of our deals.

Voucher is valid from Sat 25 Jul 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, valid 7 days 2pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability. 

Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 

Afternoon tea only served with tea or coffee; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. 

Options 2 & 3: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

No children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
