I have bought this deal and looking forward to staying there again. However on the actual deal where you buy it says valid up to end of April but on the actual voucher it says end of March. Which is correct.?

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with 2 course dinner and breakfast

Voucher is valid from Tue 15 Oct 2019 until Fri 25 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 Oct, 7 Nov, 31 Dec 2019, 14 - 15 Feb, 7, 23 - 25 Mar and 11 Apr 2020.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

Online bookings only.

Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable once booked with Malmaison.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Double or twin standard room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes starter and main or main and dessert from Prix Fixe menu or £19.95pp allowance each on the á la carte menu; subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.

Please note dinner to be taken at or prior to 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Please note dinner is not available in restaurant on 25th December; instead £19.95 allocation per person against food in the Mal Bar or Room Service is available.

Pay and display parking is available surrounding the hotel. 

Max of 1 child permitted: Rooms must be upgraded to a family room to accommodate; please discuss rates and availability directly with hotel. Cots are available for babies and extra beds can be supplied for ages 3-14 years for a supplementary charge of £30 per bed.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
