Hi, I would love to go for afternoon tea with a friend, but the problem is that she doesn't like gin....would it be possible to swap the gin teapot for a different cocktail??

This particular offer is for afternoon tea for two with a Hendrick’s Gin cocktail teapot to share, alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink, but I'm afraid this can't be changed to a different cocktail.

Thanks for your question.

Each voucher is valid for 2 people to use, though multiple voucher purchases are permitted no further discount will be given if less people use.

You can also purchase an afternoon tea directly for the 3rd person in your group if this is more suitable.

Hi, If i Book this voucher today how long is it vaild for, I know it says but I am confused. If I bought the voucher today does this mean I cannot book until april? Or can I book a table for the end of march?

I'm happy to confirm this voucher is valid to use between Mon 2 Apr 2018 and Sat 30 Jun 2018. This means the voucher can't be used before the 2nd of Apr 2018.

I hope this clears things up for you.

Hi on Malmaison website it is listed as 27 for cocktail afternoon tea would this be per person? Otherwise this is not a deal.

I can confirm Malmaison charge £27 per person for a cocktail afternoon tea, but our deal is £34 for two people, including unlimited tea and coffee.

Afternoon tea for two with a Hendrick’s Gin cocktail teapot to share and unlimited tea and coffee

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Apr 2018 until Sat 30 Jun 2018, 7 days, 12noon – 5pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 4 vouchers per table. Please discuss larger party bookings directly with restaurant.

Afternoon tea only.

Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a gin cocktail served in a teapot to share; gin brand is subject to change.

Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.

Table may be required back after 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted when accompanied by an adult.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
