Hi there as this is an online booking only, i assume its the hotels web site you book on. It says double and twin rooms available on voucher, when i go into hotel site only option is for single or double room? Please advise

Is there an option to add a 3rd adult onto this deal. It is ideal for what we are looking for for mums birthday but would mean someone needs to miss out.

A maximum of two adults are permitted per voucher on this deal, but you can buy multiple vouchers. You're also welcome to contact the hotel to discuss the possibility and cost of booking an additional adult with them directly.

How do I tell you the dates I want to book for my hotel stay. I have checked with Marine Hotel and they tell me that they have availability on the dates I want but I need to book it directly with ITISON...... but I can't see where I tell you the dates I want.

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Sept 2017 until Thur 30 Nov 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 10-12, 22, 23 Sept, 24 Oct and 10, 11 Nov 2017.

A supplement of £30 per room applies for Saturday night stays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; can be used on consecutive nights provided it is pre-booked with hotel; subject to availability. 

Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 12 noon.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe room £40 or a suite £60; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel

Dinner is 3 courses with a glass of fizz each; menu is subject to change.

Includes access to leisure facilities.

Free onsite parking.

Max of 2 children permitted; children up to 16 years stay free of charge however an upgrade to a family room is required for a supplement of £40 per room per night; subject to availability. 

Children 4 and under eat breakfast free; a supplement of £7.95 applies for each child aged 5-16 years and evening meal is £10 when choosing from the kids menu.

No pets permitted.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
