Hello. I'm looking for an afternoon tea with fizz deal at the marine hotel troon but I only see afternoon tea and leisure facilities deal. This is for elderly relatives who specifically want that hotel but would not make use of the leisure facilities. Is there such a deal or would we be able to exchange use of leisure facilities for a glass of fizz each?

We are only offering this deal which includes leisure access. I'm afraid the leisure access can't be substituted for anything else, but your relatives also don't have to use the facilities if they don't want to.

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea for two or four with use of the leisure facilities

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, 7 days, afternoon tea 12noon - 3:30pm, leisure access, 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 22 Mar 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 8 people per table.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes access to leisure facilities for over 16s only: pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym.

For most relaxing day please check with staff the class timetable for any swimming lessons/classes that may be on during the day.

The hotel is currently under refurbishment with internal works due to commence in January and every effort will be made to ensure this does not affect guests. Please contact the hotel directly if you have any concerns.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted for afternoon tea.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
