Is it possible to have an option of 2 nights with bed breakfast fizz and the 25.00 vouchers for the first night. ?

I'm afraid option 4 for the two night stay doesn't include £25pp dinner spend in Lynedoch Brasserie. However, you are welcome to extend your stay by a night for a supplementary charge which is paid directly to the hotel.

To discuss how much an extra night would be, please contact the hotel directly by calling 01738 551171 and they'll be happy to advise.

Do you allow dogs. And is there a GF option

I can confirm pets are not permitted except for guide and hearing dogs.

I'm happy to let you know gluten-free options are available. Just let the venue know your requirements when you make your booking.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a bottle of fizz on arrival and breakfast OR
  • 1 night stay for two including breakfast and round of golf each OR
  • 1 night stay for two with a bottle of fizz on arrival, £20pp dinner spend and breakfast

Options 1, 3 & 4: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jan 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Wed 22 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes Apr - Dec 2020 and 1 - 31 Jan 2021. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays.

Option 2: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jan 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Wed 22 Dec 2021, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays, Apr - Dec 2020 and 1 - 31 Jan 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.

Double or twin room available. Please note the golf stay will be in a twin room.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Superior room £10, Junior suite £20, Fairway suite £30.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 3: Includes a £25pp dinner spend in Lynedoch Brasserie. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Option 1, 3 & 4: Includes a bottle of fizz in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.

Free onsite parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted in a Lynedoch suite which requires a room only supplement of £60 payable directly to the hotel. Children under 12 are free of charge when sharing with 2 adults and paying for all meals as taken.

Pets are not permitted except for guide and hearing dogs. 

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
