hi there, options 2-5 on this deal say valid Monday to Saturday but when you click on the link to purchase the deals, options 2-5 state that they are valid 7 days a week - can you please clarify as we were looking to but this deal but due to work/child commitments, we are only able to go away on a Sunday night

I'm really sorry for the confusion here, but I can confirm Option 2 is valid to use Mon - Sat; subject to availability.
Options 3 - 5 are valid to use 7 days a week; subject to availability.

Thanks for your reply. I understand that I can check availability and book immediately after buying the voucher. I would like to know if this ‘link’ is just to the hotels own website. I.e if my preferred dates aren’t available through the hotels own booking site, will it be any different through this ‘link’?

I'm happy to confirm the booking link is for the Norton House Hotel, but is specific to itison bookings, so the availability may differ from their direct booking link.

Hi I would love to purchase these vouchers but there are 5 of us that need to use it.so can I buy one of the vouchers and update it to a junior suite and have three of us stay in that suite? Also we need to be able to stay over on the Sunday 17th November for one night and have dinner on the Sunday evening, please let me know if this is available on this date and if so what vouchers would you recommend d I buy? 1 or 2 night stay for two in an Executive room with breakfast, dinner & bottle of Prosecco on arrival OR

1 night stay for two in a Junior suite or Feature room with breakfast, dinner & bottle of Prosecco on arrival

Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sun 15 Sep 2019 until Sun 26 Jan 2020, Sun only; subject to availability.

Excludes Mon – Sat.

Option 2: Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Sep 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, Mon - Sat; subject to availability.

Options 3 - 5: Voucher is valid Mon 9 Sep 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, 7 days; subject to availability

Excludes Sundays and 1, 12, 19 Oct, 1, 13 Nov, 4, 7, 12, 24 - 25, 31 Dec 2019, 31 Jan 2020.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person. 

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Options 1 & 2: Classic double or twin room available.

Option 3 & 5: Executive double or twin room available.

Option 4: Junior suite or feature double room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 3 – 5: Includes a £35pp dinner allowance from the Brasserie menu available here; subject to change. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Option 5 is for dinner on the first night only. Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Options 1 & 2: Includes a bottle of house red/white wine in room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Includes access to leisure facilities: swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room.

Max of 2 children permitted when sharing with adults; families can be accommodated in an Executive room only for a supplement of £20 per room; subject to availability. Children aged under 11 stay free including breakfast; children from 12 to 17 years will be charged £15 per child including breakfast.

No pets permitted; guide dogs only.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
