Hi there - have just booked this deal. Can I ask exactly what access to the Si Spa entails. Do we have to book a treatment or can we simply just use all the facilities including the Thermal Suite, pool, sauna jacuzzi etc? Also - will we be provided with Robes while at the spa? Many thanks.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Nov 2022 until Tue 28 Feb 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24-25, 31 Dec 2022, 1 Jan and 10-12 Feb 2023.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required per room per night for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.

 Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm the day before your arrival.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe room (includes jacuzzi bath) £20, master suite (includes a lounge area, jacuzzi bath and walk in shower) £30.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £70; please discuss and pay direct.

Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Max of 1 child ages 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per child inc breakfast, under 2s stay free, dinner will be charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
