What to expect

2 or 3 night stay for up to four in a one bedroom cottage OR

2 or 3 night stay for up to six in a two bedroom cottage OR

2 or 3 night stay for up to eight in a three bedroom cottage

Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 – 17 Feb 2019.

A supplementary charge of £20 per cottage per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don't want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking; an admin fee of £20 will be charged for date changes once booking is confirmed.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am; a valid credit card/debit card will be required at check-in.

One bedroom cottages can be set up with a double or twin beds; 2 people will be accommodated on a sofa bed in lounge. 

Two bedroom cottages can be set up with double or twin beds; 2 people will be accommodated on a sofa bed in lounge.

Three bedroom cottages can be set up with double or twin beds; 2 people will be accommodated on a sofa bed in lounge.

Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount; cot hire requires a supplementary charge £5 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Free parking is available.

No pets permitted.

A nominal utility service charge of 13.17p per KW will be charged at the end of your stay.

Includes a £20 credit to spend in resort against food or Spa treatments.

Cottage guests can enjoy a 10% discount on all normally priced spa treatments; treatments must be booked in advance in order to avoid disappointment.

No wheelchair access available.

All cottage accommodation is self-catering; cottage styles and decor can change from property to property.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
