says Breakfast and evening Dinner with the
2 night deal. Is the evening Dinner for both
nights along with Breakfast on both mornings?

I can confirm that this voucher includes an overnight stay in a standard classic double or twin room. Rooms can also be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night, which is payable directly to the hotel.

You're welcome to contact the hotel directly on 01294 279274 to discuss room and jacuzzi options and they'll be happy to advise further.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with glass of fizz each, late check-out and breakfast OR
  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with glass of fizz, 3 course dinner, breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard classic double/twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family (double and single bed) - £15, double double (2 x double beds) - £20, large family (2 x double and 1 x single bed) - £25; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Options 2-3: Includes a 3 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 3 children permitted; requires an upgrade to a family, double double or large family room. Children are classed as ages 12yrs and under. All meals charged as taken.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
