I'm happy to confirm Option 2 for this deal is £79.00 for an overnight stay for two with 2 course meal, a glass of fizz, breakfast & late check-out.
Option 3 is £129.00 for a two-night stay for two with 2 course meal on the first night, glass of fizz, breakfast & late check-out.

This voucher was purchased as a birthday present.

The couple arrived at the hotel and it was terrible so they left.

Am I likely to get one of the rooms shown in the hotel gallery? I booked this for my daughter and her fiancé as a wee celebration on their engagement and the room was awful, certainly not what is pictured. On contacting the hotel on three occasions regarding my disappointment I had no response.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with glass of fizz on arrival, late check-out and breakfast OR
  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with glass of fizz on arrival, 2 course dinner, breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr 2022 until Thu 30 Jun 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard classic double/twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family (double and single bed) - £15, double double (2 x double beds) - £20, large family (2 x double and 1 x single bed) - £25; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Options 2-3: Includes a 2 course dinner (starter/main OR main/dessert) from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a 125ml glass of fizz on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 3 children permitted; requires an upgrade to a family, double double or large family room. Children are classed as ages 12yrs and under. All meals charged as taken.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
