Does the voucher need to have a stay within 7 days or just make a booking?

Advance booking is required, so you'll need to have made your reservation by Friday 1st June to enjoy your stay before Thursday 19th July 2018.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with breakfast, 3 course dinner, glass of Champagne, late check-out and leisure access

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Apr 2018 until Thur 19 Jul 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Double or twin classic rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family room £25, deluxe room £30 or premium room £50; subject to availability; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Dinner is 3 courses plus a glass of Champagne each served in Scholars Restaurant.

Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please discuss at time of booking. 

Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.

Free onsite parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted; under 16's stay free of charge; an upgrade to a family room is required from a supplement of £25 per room per night; please discuss at time of booking.

Children 4 and under eat breakfast for free, ages 5-16 yrs are an additional £6.50 for breakfast and dinner will be charged as standard, please discuss any specific requirements directly with hotel.

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
