I'm happy to let you know a maximum of 1 child can stay for a supplement of £20 per night for children aged 5 - 15 years. Your supplementary charge includes breakfast, and all other meals are charged as taken; payable directly to the hotel.

I'm happy to let you know up to 2 dogs are permitted in Fisherman's Cottage and General Wade suites at a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to the hotel.

Please note pets are not permitted in Duke's Suite.

What to expect

  • Overnight suite stay for two with a glass of fizz on arrival, robes & slippers, breakfast, full use of leisure facilities and late checkout 
  • The option to include a 2 course dinner
  • Choose from either the General Wades / Fisherman's Cottage suites OR The Duke's suite

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sun 28 Feb 2021, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.

Excludes Fridays and Saturdays, and 24 Dec 2020 - 1 Jan 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Card details will be required at time of booking however no payment will be taken.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Options 1 and 3: available for General Wades Suite or Fisherman's Cottage Suite; both suites are adjacent to the hotel.

Options 2 and 4: available for The Duke's Suite only.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 4 per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 125ml glass of fizz on arrival per person. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Includes robe and slippers each and access to leisure facilities: heated indoor pool, gym sauna, steam room and whirlpool spa bath when open, subject to government guidelines.

Please note that in order to maintain appropriate social distancing access to some of our facilities may be restricted or limited to certain times.

Options 3 & 4 include: 2 courses from the Riverside Restaurant Menu; subject to change. Excludes sides. Supplements may apply. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Max 2 vouchers per table.

Parking available.

Max 1 child permitted, 0 - 4 yrs are free of charge including breakfast and are included in overall headcount, 5 - 15 yrs require a supplementary charge of £20 per night including breakfast and pay for all other meals as taken; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
