I phoned hotel to book one night away with my voucher. They said you had to book online. I have went on there website and put in voucher code but it doesn’t accept it. Can you reply ASAP as I have to book today.

I’m really sorry you're having trouble making a booking.
You should be able to reserve a room by selecting Book Online Now in the How to Book section of your voucher. To make sure you can access this link I've re-sent your voucher by email, and it should be with you in a couple of minutes. You can also view your voucher and the booking link by heading to itison.com/my/complete_orders/.
