I booked this a few days ago checked online booking hardly any dates available only Mon tue and We’d Tried to upgrade room via hotel but couldn’t do this either. Very disappointed

Why do you advertise it as being from £159 thinking ..not bad and then when you go into the small print there’s a supplementary fee of another £20 per night. Disgusting. State the price as it is and what customers can fully expect to pay immediately on arrival..

We’re a family of 5 - 2 adults and three kids age 11,11 & 9 - would we be able to get a room? Sometimes in hotels they are able to put a camp bed or similar in. How much would this cost for 2 nights, many thanks

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with breakfast and bottle of wine on arrival

September: Voucher is valid from Sat 5 Sep - Wed 30 Sep 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Jul - Nov: Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Thur 22 Oct 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 10, 24-28 Aug 2-6, 28-30 Sep 1-4, 6-8, 14-15 and 18 Oct 2020.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required per night for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 14 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in from 2pm, check-out 11am.

Classic king double or twin classic rooms available.

Stays can be extended and rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Includes a bottle of red or white wine on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Wine must be consumed in room or taken home.

Please note there are currently external renovations taking place at the hotel.

Max of 1 child age 2 – 12 years permitted when sharing with 2 adults; child stays free if in the same room as parents however their breakfast is charged at full price (£10). Babies in travel cots are welcome and the hotel can provide a travel cot subject to availability; max 1 travel cot per room.

Families of 2 adults and 2 children can upgrade to one of the Feature Twin rooms at a supplement of £50 per night.

Max of 2 small dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
