Questions and answers

Since dogs are not allowed in Restaurant, can you request Breakfast and Dinner in your room as would not like to leave dog on his own in the room?

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Sat 8 Oct 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 13-14, 16 & 21-22 Oct , 18-19 Nov, 24-31 Dec 2022, 1, 9-31 Jan, 1-2, 17-18 Feb

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £20 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: four poster room; £50 - four poster room, £30 - family room (2 adults & 2 children); payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2-3: Includes a £50 food & drinks voucher to be used against any menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.  Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.

Max of 2 children permitted; family room supplement of £30 per room per night required. Children ages 12 and under stay free of charge on BB basis and paying for all other meals as taken when sharing with 2 adults in a family room; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 dogs permitted at supplementary charge of £10 per dog, per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or bar areas.

No wheelchair access available 

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
