Can I bring my child along to the overnight stay for two ?? Which would mean there’s is three of us? But I won’t need a bigger room he is 4yrs old ..

I can confirm a max of 2 children are permitted. Under 2s stay free, cots are available; subject to availability. Children aged 2 - 12 require a supplementary charge of £25 to upgrade to a double/double room; payable directly. All meals to be paid as taken.

How can I check on availability before I purchase 2 vouchers? I specifically want 2 rooms on 18th August, one double room has 2 adult occupants, the other has 2 adults and a child aged 7. I do not want to purchase if there is no ITISON availability, although the Hotel Bookings Department have assured me of 45 double rooms and 17 club rooms being available on our chosen date. Please advise ASAP.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a glass of Prosecco on arrival and a full Scottish breakfast 

Voucher is valid from Sun 11 Jul 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Friday and Saturdays.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 9 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Any re-booking is at the hotel’s availability and discretion.

Online bookings only.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a Club room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival.

Max of 2 children permitted. Under 2s stay free, cots are available; subject to availability. Children aged 2 - 12 require a supplementary charge of £25 to upgrade to a double/double room; payable directly. All meals to be paid as taken.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
