Hi, does the £117 option for 2 people include slippers and robes? The cost of this offer on their website direct is only £114 and include slippers and robes. Only difference I can see is they offer a light lunch not the afternoon tea. Thanks

I’m happy to help clear this up, as our prices are all checked before our deals go on sale.

This deal is for 2 people and includes:

- 2 x 25 minute treatments each, usually £88 per person.
- afternoon tea, usually £19 per person.
- leisure access, usually £15 per person.
- a mocktail each, usually £2.50 per person.
- a towel each, usually £2 per person.

This gives a top price of £253 and as our vouchers are £117, the saving is 53%

Our deal providers can offer their own promotions directly, and I’m afraid we don’t have much control over these. Where we can though, we will link to their website on our deal so you check their offers out before you buy.

What to expect

Spa day for one or two including a choice of 2 x 25min treatments, leisure access and afternoon tea with mocktail each

Choice of treatments:
- Deep tissue massage
- Shoulder, neck and scalp massage
- Personalised express facial
- Frangipani foot treatment or scrub
- File & polish on fingers or toes

Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Feb 2020 until Fri 30 Oct 2020, Mon – Fri 10am – 2pm or 2pm – 6pm and Sun 2pm – 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays.

A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 10 per group; subject to availability.

Includes a choice of treatment from: express facial; shoulder, neck and scalp massage; deep tissue massage, frangipani scrub or foot treatment; file & polish for fingers or toes; subject to change.

Members who are pregnant must be over 14 weeks before any massage treatments can be carried out. Suitable oils can be used with members who are currently breastfeeding. Please discuss suitability with spa at time of booking. Deep pressure massage, detox treatments or hot stones are not suitable at any stage of pregnancy. 

Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in less than 12 months remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.  Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 50 mins; 2 x 25min treatments each.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes afternoon tea only with tea or coffee and a mocktail each; menu is subject to change. Served between 12noon - 4.30pm.

Includes leisure access including relaxation room, swimming pool and hot tub, sauna and steam room, heated loungers and experience showers.

Towels are included. Robes and slippers are an additional £7 per person; payable directly to spa.

Members will receive a 20% discount on any additional treatments purchased on the day.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
